How many cleaners will be providing the cleaning service?
There will be 1 to 3 cleaners at a time, depending on the job. If you have a special request, let us know.
Is there a cancelation fee for my booking?
We charge a $70 cancelation fee if the cleaning service is canceled 24 hours prior to the service or 50% of the total cleaning cost if canceled later.
Can I reschedule my cleaning service?
Yes, you can reschedule your cleaning service for no additional fee, if it is rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the service.
Should I give a tip to the cleaner?
Tips are always welcomed, and the whole tip amount goes to the cleaner. Feel free to tip cleaners in cash. Thank you.
Do cleaners bring their own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?
Our cleaners are fully equipped with cleaning supplies and equipment. They use a wide range of eco-friendly cleaning products for the job to be done perfectly. But if you have any preferences for special products, you can always provide them for the cleaners, but please, just in case, tell them how to use them. We won’t be responsible for any possible damage caused by your preferred products.
Do I need to be present for my booked cleaning service?
Our first-time customers please be home before and after the service to show our cleaners your place and to make sure that everything is cleaned and the job is done perfectly.
Are the cleaners trustworthy?
All of our cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check.
What should I do if something goes wrong during my cleaning service?
If something goes wrong, we’re here to do it right. Please let us know right away, and we’ll be there to take care of it immediately.
What is your refund policy?
If something is not done as you expected, please let us know. We’ll send out another cleaner to make it right (within 24 hours). We offer a satisfaction guarantee to ensure you are happy with the results.
